ABOUT ME
Paul Odham, served for thirty seven years as a Special Educator, Administrator and Consultant with Orange County Public Schools. Paul has served as a Speech/Language Pathologist, Learning Disabilities Specialist, Adjunct Instructor and Business Development Liaison at the University of Central Florida (UCF), District-Wide Transition Coordinator, First District Program Specialist for Transition Services (coordinating services for twenty three thousand students
and the supervision of twenty two teachers and support staff),
Served as an Educational Consultant for the Colombian Ministry of Education, Bogota, Colombia, where five thousand educators were trained and certified in Special Education over a ten year period. Since 2009, students with disabilities are now being educated in government (public) schools.
Paul was elected and served as the State President, Florida Division on Career Development and Transition (2014-2015); Received the Community Champion Award from the Down Syndrome Association of Central FL (2000,2014) and selected as a Best Practice State Award winner by the Florida Department of Education (June 1994).
